Hi, I'm Daniella
I’m a sociologist, facilitator and certified coach with over 20 years experience in community engagement, inclusion and strategy development. With a PhD in the sociology of belonging and change, I help charities, public sector organisations and businesses to understand and engage with the communities they serve, build inclusive cultures and navigate complex organisational challenges. Combining deep research with hands-on facilitation, I support teams and leaders to turn insights into impactful and lasting action, creating spaces where people feel heard, valued and able to thrive.
