As a Sociologist, I have spent my career understanding what drives people, how cultures shape leadership and how organisations can engage meaningfully with those they serve. For over 20 years, I have worked at the intersection of inclusion, change, and community engagement, helping organisations and individuals turn complex challenges into clear, practical solutions. My approach blends deep academic research with hands-on facilitation and coaching, ensuring that change is both impactful and sustainable.

With an MA in Culture, Identity and Globalisation and a PhD in Belonging and Communities, my work focuses on how identity, culture and systems shape change and inclusion. I apply this expertise to help organisations deeply understand their audiences and to create environments where people can thrive
I have worked with NHS trusts, local councils, businesses, universities, grassroots organisations, embassies and government departments, helping to navigate cultural transformation, inclusion and strategic change. Whether supporting a charity in aligning its mission with action, advising a public sector organisation on engagement strategies, or coaching an executive through change, my work is about bridging understanding and action.
